The Indo-German Cooperation on Agricultural Market Development (AMD) conducted a meeting with Agri-startups BOOT CAMP for Startups selected under Cohort 8 NIAM Agri-Business Incubator (NABI) on 11th July 2023 at Jaipur. The objective of the meeting was to explore possible opportunities to collaborate with Agri-Start-Up in India. Mr. Pratyush Ranjan Singh, Deputy Team Leader and Agribusiness and Agribusiness expert of the Indo-German AMD project presented the objectives of the AMD project and highlighted the status of the major activities undertaken by the project. Also explored Areas of Collaboration for Agri-Startups like FPOs Institutional linkage development through facilitation of formal tie-ups (domestic/export markets), Tie-up for digitization of key data, processes, and systems of FPC, Credit linkages for working capital, Traceability Systems, Certification systems, Quality testing facilities, Package of Practices –setting up extensive demonstration plots in pilot regions, Value addition – Export Oriented and Field level technological interventions – Drying, storage, packaging, etc. Around 20 Agri startups participated in the meeting.
