The German delegate Ms Ingeborg Bayer, Counselor for Food and Agriculture at the German Embassy in New Delhi, visited on 16 February 2024 the Indo-German AMD project office. During her visit, she had a meeting with the AMD project team to discuss the current status of the project activities. Later, the Counselor had a meeting with Dr. Sahdev Singh, Director-Admin of CCS NIAM, to discuss the ongoing project activities and explore potential collaborations for future endeavours. After the discussion, the German delegates also had the opportunity to visit the CCS NIAM Agri Innovation & Incubation Centre. Dr. Sahdev Singh emphasized the importance of further collaborations with the Indo-German AMD project, particularly in the areas of Agri startups challenge fund, research, and consultancies. He also expressed interest in extending collaborations in the areas of possible linkages with German universities currently offering PG program on Sustainability Development Management in order to strengthen and foster collaboration.
