The Indo-German Cooperation on Agricultural Market Development (AMD) project organized six district-level learning workshops in Odisha and Rajasthan, along with two learning workshops in Koraput, two workshops in Kandhamal, and two workshops in Nagaur and Ramganjmandi, from July 23 to August 24, 2025. During these workshops, the technical sessions were conducted by resource persons from the Agriculture Departments of Rajasthan and Odisha, as well as field executives from the AMD project.
The objectives of the district-level learning workshops are: –
- Share the key learnings of the major project’s activities implemented during its implementation phase with the Farmers Producer Organizations in the pilot region.
- Highlight the stepwise approach adopted by the project for strengthening the export value chains.
The district-level learning workshops held in Odisha and Rajasthan saw the total participation of 272 individuals, including various FPO members, stakeholders, representatives from companies, and staff from the Indo-German AMD project.
